Our Story
Founded by Engineers
In May 2012, ARZ was acquired by three Civil Engineers with over 60 years of combined experience. They transformed the company from a Grade 3 sub-contractor to a Grade 1 civil engineering firm.
The focus shifted from being primarily a sub-contractor to becoming a fully-fledged civil engineering firm with the aim of becoming the premier Zambian owned contractor.
